What Do the Letters 2H, 4H, and 4L Mean on the Mahindra Scorpio Goa Gateway

As shown in the video, the Mahindra Scorpio Goa Gateway has a knob that can be set to 3 different positions: 2H, 4H, and 4L. What does each of these mean? They respectively mean: 2H, 2-wheel drive (rear) and normal gears suitable for regular driving conditions on asphalt; 4H: 4-wheel drive and normal gears suitable for slippery surfaces, sand, gravel, snow, and mud. 4L or 4Wd (four-wheel drive): 4-wheel drive and low gears, indicated for extreme off-road driving conditions such as steep climbs and rough terrain. As the video shows, to switch from one driving mode to another, simply turn the knob, and the correct position will be highlighted in green on the dashboard.
