To replace the exhaust on the Malaguti Spidermax GT 500, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing on the right side of the scooter near the rear wheel. Once all the securing screws are removed, proceed to expand the ring that connects the exhaust to the exhaust manifold.

This will allow the old end can to be removed from its housing, enabling you to insert the new replacement part. After fitting and connecting the new exhaust, check that everything is functioning correctly.
