How to start a Malaguti Phantom F12

Before starting, we will have to place our Malaguti Phantom F12 on the central stand. Let's start by inserting the key into the ignition lock, and then turn it fully clockwise. Once this is done, we will have to open the ignition lever located near the variator, and then pull and hold the brake lever. At this point, we will have to push the ignition lever repeatedly with our foot, until the engine has started. When the engine is running, we will be able to close the ignition lever and release the brake lever, and we will have finished the procedure.

How do you replace the instrument cluster on the BMW R 1200 GS?

In order to replace the instrument panel of the BMW R 1200 GS you have to unscrew the screws that secure the windshield, removing it completely; at this point, the three seeger rings that secure the instrument panel to the frame must be removed. At this point it will be possible to remove the instrument panel from inside its housing by disconnecting the connector at the rear. At this point it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the rear part of the instrumentation, removing the old dials and the display. In this way it will be possible to insert the new ones, reinstalling all the instruments.
