In order to replace the transmission of the Malaguti Spidermax GT 500 it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing at the rear wheel. Once the casing has been opened, it will be possible to access the underlying components by loosening the central pin of the variator and that of the clutch bell. This will allow both components to be removed, together with the relative transmission belt; now it will be possible to install the new variator and the new clutch, inserting the transmission belt around them and closing the casing with the bolts.
