Follow this guide for instructions on removing the engine block from the chassis and the cylinder head of the Malaguti Madison 150 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start disconnecting the rear suspension and the engine's central pin, which is fixed to the frame; disconnect the various wiring to lower the engine, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the cylinder head by taking out the spark plug and unscrewing the bolts; then slide out the cylinder and subsequently remove the piston by taking out the pin. Finally, reassemble everything!
