To replace the variator on the Malaguti Madison 150, loosen the screws securing the cover of the casing located near the rear wheel. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the underlying components, including the variator.

The variator can be removed from its housing by taking off the nut that secures the central pin of the variator. This will allow you to take out the variator and replace it with a new spare part.

After the replacement, close the casing.
