To replace the variator on the Malaguti Madison 150, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission cover: this is located on the right side of the bike, near the rear wheel. Once the fixing screws have been removed, you can detach the panel and access the variator underneath: the central nut securing it can now be loosened to detach it and insert the new one. After installation, you can close everything with the cover, ensuring it functions correctly.
