Replace the Fuel Tank on the Maruti Gypsy

Model: Maruti Gypsy MK 1 - Years 1985-2017

In this guide, we will discover the main steps to remove and replace the fuel tank on the Maruti Gypsy. First, lift the vehicle and start draining the fuel from the tank; then unscrew the bolts securing the tank to the vehicle's frame, and disconnect the fuel lines, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the fuel pump by unscrewing the bolts and disconnecting the electrical cable; install the fuel pump on the new tank and reassemble everything!
