How to Replace the Key Fob Battery of a Maruti

Model: Maruti Alto AOD - Years 2012-2019

To replace the battery of a Maruti Alto key fob, you will only need a small flathead screwdriver and a new battery. The required battery model is a flat CR 2032 3V. First, slide the lever located on the back of the case to extract the metal key inside. Next, use the screwdriver: insert the tip into the top edge of the fob (short side) and pry it open. Then, remove the old battery and replace it with the new one.
