If your Maruti Alto key has suddenly stopped working, you likely need to replace the battery inside. If you don't know how to do it, carefully read the following guide and follow the steps described.

First, fully open the cover using your hands or, alternatively, a small flathead screwdriver. Remove the old button battery and replace it with a new one (pay attention to compatibility).

Once done, simply reassemble the cover correctly and test its functionality.
