The replacement of the key fob battery for a Mazda CX 3 car is a very simple and quick procedure that does not require any tools to be carried out. Make sure you have a new battery of the correct model, which is a flat CR 2032 3V battery. Take the car remote and slide the small lever on the top edge of it, this will allow you to open the back cover where you will find the metal key. At this point, remove the key and insert the tip of it into the slot on the top corner of the remote, as shown in the video, this will unlock the front cover of the remote and you will have access to the battery compartment. Proceed to remove the old battery and replace it with the new one.
