If you want to change the battery of your Mazda CX 30 key yourself, simply follow the steps outlined in this guide. First, obtain a small flat-head screwdriver and a new CR2032 battery.

Once you have both, proceed to remove the back cover of the key and then use the screwdriver to remove the second cover located just underneath. Finally, replace the old battery with the new one and reassemble the two protective covers.
