The presence of condensation inside the headlight indicates that it is not sealed properly, possibly due to the age of the headlight and wear. In this case, to remove the condensation, it may be necessary to remove the cover of the dipped beam bulb (also removing the bulb) and blow air until the inside of the headlight is completely dry. Then, refit the bulb, replacing the headlight if the condensation build-up is excessive.
