If you need to replace the battery on your vehicle, follow these steps, also using the video as a guide. First, open the hood; the battery will be on your left. First, unscrew the nuts securing the upper plate. Once the battery is free, remove the terminal from the negative post first, then the positive post. At this point, pull the battery handles and lift it out of the engine compartment. Then take the new battery and place it in its housing, reconnecting the positive terminal first and then the negative. Finally, reattach the securing plate by tightening the nuts.
