To reset the service light on the 2005 Mercedes A-Class, we need to: - turn on the instrument panel; - press the mileage reset button three times in a row, located to the left of the panel; - press the left arrow button to access the "MAINTENANCE MENU"; - press the "+" and "-" buttons on the right of the steering wheel to confirm; - press the selection button on the steering wheel to start the reset procedure; - press the return button to go back to the main menu; - press the "+" and "-" buttons to access the "SPECIAL OPERATIONS" section; - press the OK button to confirm the reset; - turn off and on the instrument panel to complete the service light reset.
