Replacing the battery of the key/remote of a Mercedes GLE is a simple and quick operation to be carried out independently. The first step to be performed is to press the side button of the remote to remove the emergency metal key. The second step to be performed is to remove the cover of the remote by pressing the central button. The third step to be performed is to remove the battery compartment and replace the battery. The fourth step to be performed is to close the cover of the remote and insert the emergency key inside.
