Let's see how to disassemble the central tunnel on a Mercedes C-Class. With a plastic lever we remove by leveraging the lining placed in the lower part of the central tunnel, we remove the leather gearshift gaiter. After removing the plastic covering, unscrew the locking pins in the upper part of the central dashboard with a socket wrench. Once this operation has been carried out, we go to remove the ventilation vents and the radio (disconnect any power cables). Finally we insert the new piece in the central tunnel compartment, we reassemble all the components of the glove compartment as we disassembled previously.
