How do you reset the Service indicator light on the Mercedes E-Class?

It will be possible to reset the Service light shown on the instrument panel of the Mercedes E-Class by inserting the key to turn on the instrument panel, verifying that the maintenance light will be on. Once the panel is activated, you will need to hold down the 0 button located on the left side of the instrument panel. Holding it down will display a message asking if you really want to reset the maintenance interval: then you will need to release the button and hold it down again for a few seconds. In this way, the Service light will be reset and the panel can be turned off completely.
