Let's see how to replace the stabilizer bar links on a Mercedes Vito W638: loosen the front wheel nuts with the car on the ground and then lift it up, resting it on sturdy jack stands. Finish by removing the wheels. Spray the links nuts generously with WD-40 and let it sit for a few minutes: then use a socket wrench to unscrew the bolt, starting from the upper nut (which fixes the link to the stabilizer bar) and then the lower one (which fixes it to the shock absorber arm or strut). Now let's install the new link that we may have found on ATP autoricambi with code 10661702 at a price of 16.42 euros + 9.95 euros for shipping. Tighten the nuts by hand, following the reverse sequence of disassembly, and tighten them only with the car on the ground, to 62 Nm. Reassemble the wheels tightening the nuts in a crisscross sequence to 175Nm and the operation is complete.
