Battery replacement for Mercedes SLK

Model: Mercedes Slk MK 2, R171 - Years 2004-2011

These short and simple steps will allow us to disassemble and replace the battery of the Mercedes SLK. First, we open the hood of the car and start removing the plastic cover found on the top right; underneath we will find the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect both terminals (positive and negative), unscrewing the bracket screw to remove it from its compartment; we replace the battery with the new one, of the right type and having the same amperage, inserting it in the correct direction and finally checking the engine ignition.
