How to change the battery of the remote control for a Mercedes EQS, S, and GLC.

In this video, we will see how to replace the battery of the remote control for a Mercedes EQS/S-Class W223, C-Class W206, and GLC. We will need a CR2032 battery. Let's open the remote by pressing the small side button located on the short side of the remote and extract the metal key from its housing. This way, we can see the small gap between the two halves of the remote; insert a plastic tool into the gap and pry it open (do not use metal tools that could scratch the bodywork). Now we see the battery that we will remove, insert the new one respecting the polarity, and close the remote. Put the emergency key back in place and test to see if the remote works.
