Replacing the Auxiliary Battery of the Mercedes Vito

These brief and simple steps will show you how to remove and replace the auxiliary battery of the Mercedes Vito. First, open the sliding rear door on the driver's side and start by removing the plastic cover located at the bottom, thus accessing the auxiliary battery; then disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative), remove it from its compartment, and replace it with the new one (of the correct type and with the same amperage), as shown in the video. Once the new battery is connected, reattach the outer cover.
