How to Remove the Battery from a Mercedes Vito

Before starting, open the driver’s door of your Mercedes Vito. Begin by prising off and removing the side cover of the battery. Next, unscrew and loosen the bolts securing the two terminals to the battery, then disconnect them. Once done, unscrew and remove the lower bolt that secures the battery, then extract the battery from its housing, completing the removal. To fit the new battery in your Mercedes Vito, follow these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
