How to Locate the Battery in a Mercedes Sprinter

In a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the battery is not always located in the engine bay as in many cars. In most versions, it is found under the driver's side floor. To locate it, open the door on the driver's side and remove the mat or the step cover. At this point, unscrew the protective cover secured with screws or clips; underneath, you will find the main battery. In some models, especially campers or special configurations, it may be under the driver's seat or in the engine bay. Before proceeding, turn off the ignition and always disconnect the negative terminal first.
