To reset the TPMS light on a Mercedes E-Class, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. On the steering wheel or the instrument cluster display, access the "Vehicle" or "Assistance" menu. Select the "Tires" or "TPMS" option and find the "Reset" or "Recalibration" option. Press and hold the OK or confirm button until the confirmation message appears on the display. In some versions, you may need to drive the vehicle for a few minutes at moderate speed for the system to store the correct pressure. Turn off and then turn on the ignition to verify that the TPMS light is indeed off.
