How do you replace the engine battery on a Mercedes B-Class? This guide explains how to carry out the replacement: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet, disengaging the locking lever with your fingers, and secure it. Once the engine compartment is open: you will find the battery at the top left, remove the securing bolts of the battery terminals, then take out the battery from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the engine bonnet after maintenance.
