Removing the Interior Rearview Mirror

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

The interior rearview mirror is simply clipped into the housing of the overhead console: to remove it, just unclip it. Grasp the mirror with both hands and pull it down while oscillating it left and right, as shown by the arrows; do not apply excessive force as there are short cables connected to the mirror that could be damaged. To reinstall it, simply reposition it in its housing and press until it clips in (optionally spray some lubricant to facilitate this operation).

How to Open a Stuck Boot on the Peugeot 407?
