How to Reset the Service Light on the Mercedes E-Class?

From the display of the Mercedes E-Class, you can completely clear the Service light by turning on the ignition using the button located to the right of the steering wheel. Once the ignition is activated, navigate through the menu using the steering wheel controls until you select the "Service" option. Next, select the "ASSYST PLUS" option and then choose the reset to perform; once the procedure is complete, you can return to the initial screen and confirm that the light is off.
