By following these steps, you can clear the Service light from the instrument cluster of the Mercedes Sprinter: the first thing to do is insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine.

At this point, press the Menu button located on the left side of the steering wheel and scroll down until you reach the "ASSYST PLUS" option.

Now you can start the engine as advised by the message displayed on the screen and then select "Full Service" to ensure the light is cleared.
