Is the rear door panel damaged? Let's see how it is removed from the C-Class door. Unscrew the screws placed in the space under the interior handle. Remove the clips securing the panel to the door, remove the panel with your hands and unhook it from the door (disconnect the power cables and the opening cable). We disconnect the power supply terminal and the release cable of the lock. We carry out the desired maintenance inside the door. We mount the new panel above the front door (we block the panel with the clips and the fastening screws).

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother.
