Removing the Side Mirror on Mercedes E-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe E W212 - Years 2009-2016

Using a plastic wedge, remove the cover on the door and the one next to the window, at the height of the mirror (while doing this, disconnect the connector). Disconnect the accessible wires inside the door that are connected to the mirror, as shown in the video. Now, with the window down, hold the mirror and unscrew the three T20 Torx screws that secure it from the inside. This way, you will have removed the mirror, and you can proceed in reverse for reinstallation. This operation takes some time but is not particularly difficult.
