First, access the passenger side to remove the glove compartment. Behind the glove compartment is the housing for the fan, which you can remove by unscrewing the 4 mounting screws and then disconnecting the electrical connector. Proceed to thoroughly clean the fan, and then reverse the steps to reinstall all the components you removed earlier.
