How to Replace the Cabin Fan Resistor in a Mercedes A-Class

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the cabin fan resistor in a Mercedes A-Class W169 produced from 2004 to 2012. To start, remove the plastic panel located on the passenger side at the bottom next to the floor mat; once the panel is removed, make space by moving some of the upholstery to access the resistor to be replaced. The resistor is located at the bottom, as clearly shown in the video. At this point, remove the resistor from its housing, disconnect the wiring, and replace it. To reassemble everything, just follow the reverse procedure.
