Model: Mercedes Classe A W176 - Years 2012-2018
Part: Gearbox
Operation: How to service a semi-automatic gearbox on a Mercedes A-Class

In this video tutorial we can see how to carry out maintenance on the semi automatic gearbox on a Mercedes Classe A 200 CDI. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate rod. Remove the cap from the level straw; use a cleaner for automatic transmissions Code BA01038 to clean Blue automatic transmissions. Once all the cleaner has been inserted, replace the cap and exit for a test to make the "Blue" washing additive work at its best. We remove the casing under the protective body to access the gearbox cup. We dismantle the filters and replace them with new ones, then top up with new oil, close the sump. Once the cup is screwed back on, we screw everything back on and tighten. Now top up the gearbox oil (5 liters of oil) together with the additive.
