In this brief tutorial, you will see how to unlock the automatic gearbox in the Mercedes GLK, an emergency operation to perform if the battery is flat and you need to shift the gearbox into neutral. First, enter the cabin and remove the base of the gear lever gaiter. Locate the yellow button on the lower right side of the mechanism. Using a flathead screwdriver, press the button and simultaneously move the gear lever until it is positioned in the desired gear.
