To adjust the clock on the Mercedes S-Class, turn on the instrument cluster to access the menu that will appear on the display. Select "Vehicle" and then "System Settings" using the controls on the center console.

This will allow you to choose "Time" and adjust the clock by turning the knob located on the center console. Once the adjustment is complete, return to the main screen and verify that the change has been made correctly.
