How to disassemble the door panel of a Mercedes Viano?

To disassemble the door panel on a Mercedes Viano, start by removing the screws that secure the panel to the door. These are positioned around the edges of the panel. Once the fastenings are removed, use a door panel removal tool or a plastic-coated flathead screwdriver to avoid scratches, and insert it between the panel and the door. With gentle movements, leverage the panel to release it from the door. Be careful not to damage the fastening clips while removing the panel. Once all the clips are released, lift the panel from the top and pull it outwards to completely remove it from the door. Make sure to disconnect all electrical connectors or cables connected to the panel before completely removing it. Once the panel is removed, you will have access to the internal components of the door, such as the window regulator, speakers, or door handle, for any repairs or maintenance.
