In this video, we can see where the battery is located in the Mercedes Viano van and how to proceed in case we need to replace it. As shown, the battery is not positioned in the classic engine compartment but inside the passenger compartment, specifically under the driver's seat. To access it and subsequently remove it, we start by opening the driver's door, then remove the left side panel and unscrew the two lower fixing bolts. Next, we disconnect the negative terminal, extract the battery, and disconnect the positive terminal. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
