To open the fuel tank cap on a 2019 Mercedes Classe B, first unlock the vehicle. Due to its electronic system, it is impossible to open the fuel flap while the car is locked.

Once the vehicle is unlocked, simply press on the flap to open it, then unscrew the cap to refuel. If the cap does not unscrew, try using WD40 spray and let it sit for about ten minutes before attempting to open it again.

If the flap still does not open, you may need to remove the internal part of the boot to access the lever and open the flap manually.
