How to replace the front seats in the Mini Cooper?

Model: Mini Mini R52, R50, R53 - Years 2001-2007

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the front seats in the Mini Cooper, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the door on the side where we will be working, then move the seat all the way back, locate the two front bolts of the brackets and unscrew them using a Torx key with a T45 tip. We then move the seat forward, unscrew the rear bolts and disconnect the connectors located underneath the seat. At this point, we can remove the seat from the cabin, insert the replacement and assemble it following the reverse procedure.
