How do you reset the brake wear indicator light on the Mini Cooper?

In order to reset the brake wear indicator light of the Mini Cooper, you first need to replace the excessively worn brake pads by disconnecting the corresponding brake caliper from the disc and inserting new ones. At this point, you will need to turn on the instrument panel to navigate to the menu that will appear on the screen in the center of the dashboard. You can select the option "Reset brake pads" to make the indicator light disappear completely from the instrument panel. It will light up again when the sensors detect that the pads are excessively worn and need to be replaced again.
