Want to replace the centre console on a Mini Countryman? Here's how to proceed with the replacement: first, take a screwdriver and start unscrewing the securing screws located inside the glove compartment. Use a lever to disconnect the side trims (as shown in the video), the gear knob cover, and remove the aluminium part (disconnect the clips).

For reassembly: fit the metal bar, the plastic gaiter with the clips, then fit the black trims and connect the power clips in the centre console; tighten all the bolts on it. Finally, check all the fitted pieces on the centre console.
