So, if you want to remove the dashboard trim on your Mini Cooper R50/52/53, arm yourself with patience and some proper tools. First thing: disconnect the battery for safety. Then, remove the frame around the central speedometer with a plastic lever to avoid scratching anything. After that, remove the air vents by gently prying them out. Now it's time for the hidden screws: there are usually some under the speedometer and near the windshield. Unscrew them and, with a bit of care, the trim will come off by pulling it towards you. If it resists, make sure you haven't forgotten any screws! Once removed, you can replace it or work on internal systems. Putting it back on? Same process in reverse, calmly and without forcing it. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, contact a specialized workshop.

Location of the Jack and Spare Wheel of the Toyota Yaris
In the unfortunate event that one of the wheels of the Toyota Yaris is punctured, it is useful to know the location of the lifting jack, the spare wheel, the tool to operate the jack, and to unscrew the wheel bolts. The jack is located under the driver's seat, secured to a bracket and protected by a plastic cover, which you can remove by acting on the fixing clips. The spare wheel is located under the floor panel of the boot, secured to the floor by a threaded plastic flange, alongside which you will find the tool, consisting of a bent bar, which is used to operate the jack on one side and to remove the wheel on the other. by ScegliAuto More videos
