How to remove the door cover panel? Let’s look at removing the cover panel of the Mini Cooper S. Remove the internal armrest located above the internal handle (door panel), then use a screwdriver to unscrew all the securing screws on the door panel.

Pry with a plastic lever around the frame of the door opening handle, then remove the reflector cap located on the door panel.

Disconnect all the plastic clips and remove the cover panel. Replace the cover panel with a new one if damaged.
