Mini - Video tutorial
Model: Mini Mini
R50, R52, R53
- Years 2001-2007 Let's see in this guide the main steps that will allow us to remove the tailgate of the Mini Cooper. First of all we open the tailgate of the boot and start by removing the fixing screws that we find on the upper part; then we disassemble the plastic clips and unscrew the nuts that we find below, using a 10 mm socket wrench. At this point we remove the third brake light and the license plate lights, disconnect the electrical connectors; then remove the tailgate, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
