How to replace the remote control battery of the Mini Countryman?

In this video we can see how to replace the remote control battery of the Mini Countryman, a very simple and fast operation. The replacement battery must be a 3V CR2032 type. We start by removing the rear door by disengaging it with a small screwdriver or equivalent tool, extract the emergency key and use its tip to unlock the small protective door. Finally, we remove the old battery and insert the new one, taking care to place it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, we reposition the door and the emergency key.
