How to reset the Service light on a Mini R56?

To reset the Service light on a Mini R56, turn on the instrument cluster to navigate the menu on the display. Press and hold both buttons located on the side of the speedometer until the maintenance interval light reappears on the instrument cluster. You can then verify that the Service light has disappeared from the cluster and that the maintenance interval has been reset to the pre-set mileage.
