How to Reset the Service Light on the Mini R56?

Model: Mini Mini R56, R55, R57 - Years 2007-2014

To reset the Service light on the Mini R56, turn on the ignition and press the BC button on the lever to the left of the steering wheel multiple times until the "SET/INFO" message appears on the instrument cluster. Then, select it by holding down the BC button, and do the same when the "SERVICE-INFO" message appears: when the car icon on the ramp appears, hold down the BC button again until the reset is confirmed as complete. You can verify the reset by turning the ignition off and then back on.
