To replace the front window regulator on a Mini, you must first remove the corresponding door panel: the screws securing this panel are located at the ends of the armrest and in the handle's housing. After the panel has been completely removed, you will be able to identify the underlying components: the screws securing the window regulator mechanism can be unscrewed, and the connectors can be disconnected. After removing the old mechanism, you can insert the new one, securing it with the appropriate screws and reattaching the corresponding panel.
