How do you replace the battery in the Mini?

Model: Mini Mini R56, R57, R55 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Battery

If we open the front hood of the Mini, we might be surprised not to find the battery. Don't worry, we don't need to look elsewhere: it is always located in the engine compartment, but it is hidden behind a plastic panel that we can easily locate by looking in the top right corner. This plastic cover is held in place by several screws and bolts whose position is perfectly identified in the video. Let's use it to locate and unscrew them one by one. Once the panel is removed, we find the battery that we can disconnect and replace with the new one. Finally, all we have to do is reinstall the panel.
